Professor Chen Lihua is one of Asia's most celebrated neurosurgeons, recognised internationally for her awake craniotomy technique and her outcomes in high-grade glioma resection. She trained at West China Hospital and spent two years at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) Neurosurgery Department under a National Natural Science Foundation fellowship.
